  • email address,
  • any other information voluntarily included by the visitor in the message.

The purpose of data processing is to receive and respond to the visitor’s enquiry and to maintain the communication necessary for handling it.

The Data Controller uses the submitted data solely for communication related to the enquiry. The data will not be used to send newsletters or unsolicited advertising messages.

The Data Controller retains the data provided during the enquiry only for as long as necessary to handle the matter, maintain any resulting contractual relationship, or comply with a legal obligation.

3. Google Fonts

The website may use Google Fonts, and in some cases, if fonts are loaded directly from Google’s servers, the visitor’s browser may establish a connection with Google’s servers when the website is opened. During this process, technical data—particularly the visitor’s IP address—may be transmitted to Google.

The service provider is:

5. Cookies and External Services

The website does not use systems for displaying personalized advertisements and does not use marketing tracking codes.

Google services—particularly Google Maps—may, however, use their own technical solutions and cookies. Their use follows from the operation of Google’s service.

Where these services require consent, they will only be loaded following the visitor’s appropriate consent.

6. Server Logs

The hosting provider that ensures the operation of the website may process technical log data during the operation of the web server.

Such data may include:

  • IP address,

7. Transfer and Sale of Data

The Data Controller does not sell, rent, or use for third-party marketing purposes the personal data provided through the website.

Personal data may only be transferred to another service provider if it is necessary for the operation of the website—for example, in the case of hosting services or the use of the Google services described above—or if the data transfer is required by law.

8. Rights of Data Subjects

Under the applicable data protection legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), the visitor is entitled to:

  • request information about the processing of their personal data,

The Data Controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data being processed from, among other things, unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, erasure, or destruction.

10. Amendment of This Policy

The Data Controller is entitled to amend this Privacy Policy, particularly if the services used on the website, the data processing practices, or the applicable legislation change.
